We are looking for a Production Pastry Sous Chef to join this exciting high-end patisserie catering supply business. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company at the forefront of the patisserie market, working within a vibrant, passionate and talented team.

A great opportunity to work with and learn from Senior Chefs and Owners with Michelin and fine-dining backgrounds, bringing some of that finesse to the pre-produced market.

Production Pastry Sous Chef role:

  • £40k plus, dependant upon experience withadditional bonuses.
  • Mon to Fri large-scale fine patisserie production role.
  • Hours are 6:30AM to 15:30PM. No evenings or weekends!

Requirements of the right Production Pastry Sous Chef:

  • Will have experience in bulk pastry production.
  • Fine dining pastry skills like finessed decoration and chocolate work are a big plus!
  • Have longevity in previous roles.
