We’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead the kitchens of an award winning 5 Star boutique hotel in Central London. By ensuring the culinary standards remain high within the multiple outlets, you will contribute towards the excellent reputation that the hotel has already established.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced Executive Chef, who will support with your continued career development and potential onward progression.
Predominately straight shifts + paid overtime. Working in a well-equipped and recently renovated modern kitchen.
Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a multi-outlet high-end hotel is essential, time spent working within fast paced a la carte restaurants would also be highly beneficial. A passion for and knowledge of working with seasonal fresh European cuisine.
An inspiring leader who will help to develop, train and help to retain a team of Chefs, working between different kitchens. The desire to positively promote the company values and work collaboratively with departmental leadership team.
Sound financial awareness, proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
