An opportunity to join a wonderful contract caterer in Central London. My client is looking for a General Catering Manager for a private investment firm.

They are looking for a General Catering Manager who is aligned with up-to-date food and beverage trends and can deliver a premium hospitality service with values around integrity and exceptional service.

Role

·Support in daily operations across hospitality and staff dining in a high profile private investment firm

·Build relationships with clients, customers and team members.

·Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to across all locations.

·Develop and execute operational strategies.

·Oversee location finance

Preferred experience

·Contract Catering experience from the B&I market who has the finger on food trend

·Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

·In-depth understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
