We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitality Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of an in-house hospitality services as well as managing the reception team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in organizing and overseeing all activities to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for their members and colleagues alike.

As a leader and problem solver, you will guide and support the hospitality and reception teams, empowering them to reach their full potential and work closely with colleagues, in particular the Facilities team and IT department, to deliver excellent hospitality services.

·Organize and coordinate hospitality operations to ensure maximum efficiency.

·Manage the booking of the member area.

·Ensure all rooms are properly configured and appropriately serviced for each meeting.

·To ensure the provision of all hospitality services across the colleague’s area

·Provide advice the AV equipment and trouble-shooting issues.

·Manage the catering services for the member rooms, from normal refreshments through to fine dining.

·Ensure reception is well-managed for the flow of visitors.

·Management of the budget for the hospitality cost centre.

·Supervise and manage the hospitality (3 colleagues) and reception teams (2 colleagues).

·Oversight and administration of the desk and room booking system.
