We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Bars Manager with a stellar mixology background to join a team at a luxury countryside meeting, events, and wedding venue. As the Bars Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the main bar and all functions bars throughout the venue. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each guest experiences an exceptional level of service, consistently maintaining the highest standards. As a key member of the team, you will serve as the go-to person for support, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

About You

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of delivering 5-star service to a discerning clientele.
• A proven track in managing bars in high-end restaurants and hotels is essential for success in this role.
• Display a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and enhancing the guest experience.
• Comfortable taking a hands-on approach to daily operations, leading by example to inspire your team.
• Possess a valid personal license to oversee the responsible service of alcohol.
• Experience in overseeing stock taking processes to ensure efficient bar operations.
• Previous experience working at high-volume restaurants/bars.
