About the role:
An elegant modern brasserie based in the heart of Chelsea is looking for a Host/Hostess to join their team. As the first point of contact for the guests, the Host/Hostess plays a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests upon arrival, manage reservations, and ensure that the guests receive exceptional service from the moment they step through the doors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly demeanour and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of reservation management software is a plus.
