About the role:
A luxury boutique hotel located in the vibrant heart of Soho is looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and guest satisfaction, while upholding the hotel’s standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing bar operations, staff, inventory.
- Develop innovative bar programs, monitor inventory levels.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Collaborate with Food and Beverage Manager on financial targets.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in high-end bar/restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine.
- Flexible availability.
