Sales and Events Manager

We have a great opportunity set within the dynamic team of our client, offering a great working culture.

We are aiding them in their search for a talented Sales and Events Manager to oversee a unique cultural venue.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of their events and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events over two venues, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to create business opportunities.
  • Planning complex events from initial inquiries, through working on table plans, and tasting notes all the way to completing the function sheets.

Senior Sales and Events Manager Requirements:

  • Proficiency in the CRM system will be required.
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales & event management in the London market is key.
  • Predominantly Monday to Friday based, but you will need to be available for some evening and weekend industry and networking events.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
