My client is looking for a very creative General Catering Manager who is aligned with up-to-date food and beverage trends and can deliver a premium hospitality service with exceptional values around integrity and exceptional service.

Role

·Oversee daily operations across café, hospitality and staff dining

·Build relationships with clients, customers and team members.

·Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to across all locations.

·Recruit, train, and mentor team members.

·Conduct regular performance evaluations.

·Develop and execute operational strategies.

·Oversee location finances

Preferred experience

·Contract Catering experience from the B&I market who has the finger on food trends

·Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

·In-depth understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices.

·Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Salary £55,000 – £60,000
