Join one of London’s leading venues as Account Manager and take ownership of a vibrant, fast-paced venue everything from corporate conferences and brand activations to private celebrations and cultural events through to retail cafes and grab and go counters.

About the Role

As Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the operational and commercial success of the site. You’ll lead a talented team across events operations, retail catering, and sales, ensuring every event runs smoothly, clients are thrilled, and business targets are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team across operations, sales, and events delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive bookings and maximise revenue.
  • Manage client relationships, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up. Ensuring exceptional experiences.
  • Monitor budgets, cost control, and P&L performance, reporting directly to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing laws, and other regulatory standards.
  • Maintain the venue to a premium standard in terms of presentation, cleanliness, and functionality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in an events, hospitality, or venue-based environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills calm under pressure, solution-focused, and people-first.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving revenue.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • A passion for events, service excellence, and operational detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends depending on event schedules.
