About this role

We’re looking for Head Chef to lead the all-day dining kitchens of a prestigious London hotel. This is also an excellent opportunity to work closely with an accomplished Executive Chef, who will support with your continued career development and potential onward progression.

Leading a team of 15 Chefs, with autonomy over the British/European brasserie style menus. Typically working 50-55 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.

About You

Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-end hotel is desired, however time spent working within fast paced a la carte restaurants would be highly beneficial. A passion for and knowledge of working with seasonal British/European cuisine.

An inspiring leader who will develop, train and help to retain a team of Chefs, working between different kitchens. The desire to positively promote the company values and work collaboratively with departmental leadership team.

Sound financial awareness – Food Costing, GPs, Stock Control, Rotas and Labour. Proficient training in Food Safety, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety and HACCP.
