Let's meet

We want to get know your business, understand your company culture, and the environment you work in. The best way for us to achieve this is to meet-up and conduct a tour of your business, and have an open ‘face to face’ discussion with you about the role or roles you are recruiting for. Conducting this process enables us to ensure a more accurate match between client and applicant. We will endeavour to make it our business to get to know your company, and how the vacant role fits into your current structure.

Let’s get sourcing!

We will go to the drawing board and prepare a recruitment strategy tailored for your business, using our combined years of recruitment experience and industry knowledge. We will look to ensure that we conduct a thorough candidate search within your relevant industry sector, fully utilising our current candidate database, combined with our wide range of industry contacts and recruiting techniques. This process can include advertising, networking, and search.

Our interview process

We meet all our candidates in person or via a video call (if a personal meet is simply not possible). This is to ensure the candidates we are sourcing are also the right cultural fit for your business. We will talk through their CV with them during our interview and discuss with the candidate their reasons for moving jobs, and what they are now looking to achieve in their next role.

Presenting candidates

We will talk to you about the candidates we have interviewed and identified as a potential match for your business and present you their CV(s). You will then decide who you would like to take forward to interview stage. We are all former industry professionals and we take great pride in knowing our relevant recruitment fields. We will endeavour to ensure that you interview only the best available talent so that you’re not wasting your time and energy meeting people who simply aren’t right for your operational needs or cultural fit.

The offer stage

After conducting your own candidate interviews, assessments and trials, you then decide you is your chosen candidate and make an offer. We will then liaise on your behalf between both parties, advise and discuss salary and benefits package and look to ensure that you secure the right person for your role.

Aftercare

We will continue to maintain contact with you after the commencement of your new employee. As a recruitment partner for your business, we will endeavour to find out how our candidate has settled in, and is performing in their new role. We will then give honest feedback to both parties. We only issue an invoice for our services (unless undertaking a retained Search & Selection assignment) once our candidate has commenced employment with our client. You’ve already got a lot to do at the start date, so we make sure you have one less thing to worry about.
