Ricci Courtney

Senior Account Manager - Chef Division

Ricci started his career in the hospitality industry with an apprenticeship in Butchery.  From there he joined the prestigious Royal Automobile Private Members Club as a Commis Chef, working under renowned Executive Chef Philip Corrick. Ricci left to work in the Hospitality Kitchen at The Lawn Tennis Association as a Demi Chef de Partie cooking for a range of corporate sponsors, VIPs, and world-class tennis players.

In 2011 Ricci joined the De Vere Group working his way up to Sous Chef at Hartsfield Manor, before transferring to Brigade Bar & Bistro in Tooley Street to work alongside Simon Boyle who runs the Beyond Food Foundation which helps to provide culinary training for vulnerable people across London. Ricci then joined the world of Contract Catering, working with both the Compass Group and Bartlett Mitchell as a Head Chef in the corporate dining sector.

In 2015 Ricci joined Evolve Hospitality Recruitment and was tasked with sourcing all levels of temporary Chefs to the corporate dining and events markets, and a range of clients including Restaurant Associates, CH&Co, BaxterStorey & Wilson Vale, and after 4 years he was promoted to Divisional Manager for the Southern branch of the company.

Following redundancy due to the pandemic, Ricci worked for 18 months in Education Recruitment supplying qualified teachers to Primary Schools within London.

In April 2022 Ricci made the move back into hospitality recruitment with Collins King & Associates, and now sources Senior Chefs within the corporate dining, Stadia & Events sector.
