This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this fine dining restaurant, which currently holds a Michelin Star.
As Sous Chef, you’ll support with the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing a la carte service for up to 120 covers.
You’ll be creating modern European cuisine, using the finest seasonal ingredients.
Previous experience at Sous Chef level within high-end 3AA + restaurants is needed, as well as knowledge of modern European cuisine.
An inspiring leader who will help to mentor, develop and retain a team of up to 15 Chefs.
Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
