Senior Sous Chef – Modern French

A high-end 100 cover restaurant in Central London is seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to join their esteemed culinary team. As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen. You’ll work with exceptional ingredients and work collaboratively on the modern French menus, delivering consistently high standards of service. There is a genuine opportunity for this role to progress into a Head Chef within the next 6 months.

About You

We’re looking for a Senior Sous Chef, who has experience in similar roles, ideally with time within high-end restaurants. As a leader, you should possess the ability to motivate and mentor a team of 8-12 Chefs. Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.

Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role.
