Working in a mid-level management role within the team of a unique London venue, you will help to deliver consistently high standards of classical cuisine for a combination of banqueting and a la carte service.

About You

A classically trained Chef who has gained experience within leading hotels, private clubs or event caterers at Sous or Junior Sous Chef level.

A positive leader who will help motivate and mentor a large team of Chefs, whilst promoting the company values. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
