Experienced Sous Chef required for fun, music focused restaurant in Kings Cross

Preparing simple but fresh food for up to 60 covers.

Freedom to create own menu. The menu consists of small plates, gourmet sandwiches and weekend brunch.

Working 48 hours a week over 5 days.

About You

Experience at Sous Chef or Head Chef level in a similar sized, fresh produce restaurant preferred.
