About this role

We are looking for strong Sous Chefs to join a well know, all day dining restaurant in sites in London (Notting Hill, Marylebone and Chelsea).

Responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant including rotas, ordering, menu changes.

All food is produced fresh on site with seasonality in mind.

Excellent progression opportunities within the growing company.

45 – 48 hours a week

About You

The ideal chefs will have previous experience as a sous chef in a high-volume busy environment (at least 300 – 500 covers a day) or could be a Head Chef who has worked in a smaller restaurant but looking for a move into a bigger company with further career prospects.
