A leading corporate caterer in London is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to work in a large brigade catering for up to 1000 customers per day for lunch and 500 for breakfast. The brigade consists of 9 Chefs and 6 KPs.

The client is looking for someone with key skills in team management, H&S, strong allergen training & client communication.

This Sous Chef vacancy is working Monday to Friday with daytime hours and pays £42k per annum
