The Role Join one of London’s premier corporate sites as a Sous Chef, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional employee dining for a high-profile client. We are looking for an organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating stunning, consistent dishes using the finest seasonal ingredients.

The Details

  • Salary: £42,000 per annum
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Work-life balance)
  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40-hour contract)
  • Environment: Modern staff restaurant serving ~1,000 covers daily

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food preparation and service for high-volume corporate dining.
  • Lead and develop a structured brigade of 9 Chefs and 6 Kitchen Porters.
  • Ensure every dish meets exact standards of presentation and excellence.
  • Maintain seamless kitchen operations within a modern, professional setting.
