The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef to step up and work closely with an experienced Head Chef at this popular brunch and bistro spot.

As Sous Chef, you’ll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing fast-paced breakfast, brunch, and Dinner services.

You will work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and contribute to a creative, flavour driven and evolving menu.

·45 – 50 hours per week

The Person – Sous Chef

Previous experience as a Sous Chef in fresh food-focused, busy restaurants is required, where aesthetic plating is foremost, combined with a sound knowledge of exploratory menus. An interest in different cuisines would be beneficial.

An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of Chefs.

Good financial awareness with experience of ordering. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.

Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week, 5/7 days.
