Sous Chef, London (EC4V)
Salary: £34,000 – £35,000 per annum
Newly opened very modern Contract Catering site in the city are looking to recruit a Sous Chef.
The contract will consist of staff dining grab and go concept along with high profile hospitality and fine dining.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for the staff café kitchen cooking one hot meal, hot snacks and sandwiches.
Working with a commis chef, it will be the Sous chefs’ responsibility to manager the health and safety, allergen awareness and ordering.
The role will report into an Executive Head Chef who looks after the hospitality and fine dining kitchen where the Sous Chef will offer support.
This would be an excellent role for an ambitious CDP looking for their first role as a Sous Chef
