We are looking for a senior sous chef to join our stable and long standing team catering for fine dining bespoke events.

Located in central London close to Bank Station.

We work Monday to Friday with breakfast, lunch and dinner services.

Salary of up to £40K for the right experience.

The senior sous chef must have a strong and stable CV (At least 3 years in your last role) including fine dining Michelin/rosette experience or 5 star hotel banqueting.

The senior sous chef will be the number 3 in the kitchen working under a chef patron and head chef though there will be opportunity’s to take over as head chef in the future.

Working in a team of 6 chefs from a well-stocked and spacious kitchen catering for 3 events rooms serving up to 100 covers for sit down events.

Interviews and trials starting in January 2020.
