Head of Beverage – Premium Hospitality Group

About the role:

We’re working with a growing hospitality group behind a collection of premium restaurants and bars, looking for a Head of Beverage to lead the drinks strategy across the business.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing all beverage operations across multiple sites, with a strong focus on creativity, consistency, profitability and guest experience.

You’ll be responsible for developing cocktail programmes, overseeing wine and beverage standards, managing supplier relationships and mentoring bar leadership teams across the group.

The role would suit someone coming from a multi-site luxury hospitality background who understands both the creative and commercial side of beverage operations.

About you:

• Strong background in premium bars, restaurants or lifestyle hospitality groups
• Experience leading multi-site beverage operations
• Passion for cocktails, wines and guest experience
• Commercially minded with strong understanding of costing, GP and stock control
• Confident leading and developing teams across different venues
• Strong operational understanding of wine service and beverage systems
• WSET Level 3 (completed or in progress) preferred
• Organised, hands-on and able to work within tight deadlines

What you will be doing:

• Leading beverage strategy across all venues
• Creating and rolling out cocktail menus across multiple concepts
• Managing beverage costing, stock control and supplier relationships
• Supporting and mentoring Bar Managers, Sommeliers and senior floor teams
• Driving consistency in service, presentation and standards
• Working closely with operations, culinary and marketing teams on launches and promotions
• Supporting wine programme development alongside the Group Sommelier
