My client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Sales to oversee the sales and business development function across two iconic London venues — one in Central London and one in West London.
This is a senior leadership role focused on driving commercial growth, expanding market presence, and building strong, long-term partnerships within the corporate and agency events sector. You’ll take full ownership of the proactive sales strategy, lead on high-value client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to ensure both venues deliver exceptional results.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to deliver sustained revenue growth across both venues.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities from corporate, agency, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, event planners, and agencies.
- Lead on bespoke proposals, negotiations, and high-value pitches.
- Represent the venues at key industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client journey and aligned brand messaging.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
About You
- Extensive experience in event, venue, or hospitality sales, ideally with multi-site or premium venue experience.
- Proven track record of delivering business growth through proactive, strategic sales leadership.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded, with strong strategic insight and a data-driven approach.
- Confident leading senior client relationships and managing complex deals.
- A natural leader and collaborator who can inspire and influence teams and stakeholders.
- Passionate about the events industry and delivering exceptional client experiences.
