General Manager – Malta

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the opening of an exciting new luxury hospitality destination in Malta this October.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished and commercially astute hospitality leader to oversee the entire operation, build a high-performing team and establish an exceptional service culture from day one.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in luxury hospitality, premium restaurants or lifestyle hotels
• Previous pre-opening experience
• A proven track record of recruiting, training and developing high-performing teams
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• A personable, guest-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills
• The ability to lead a complex operation while consistently maintaining exceptional service standards

This role would suit an established General Manager seeking an exciting international move and the opportunity to shape a prestigious new opening in Malta from the ground up.
