We are looking for a Head Chef to lead a high-quality, member-focused food and beverage operation opening in Spring 2026.
You’ll work with the best quality seasonal ingredients to create a ‘small plates’ style menu for the 50-cover restaurant, PDR and bespoke events. As Head Chef, you’ll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, ensuring the exceptional standards and helping to build a fantastic reputation.
Previous experience as a Head Chef within quality kitchens and comprehensive knowledge of modern British/European cuisine. Experience with opening a new restaurant would be desired.
You will need to be passionate about working with the freshest seasonal produce, utilising ingredients from select suppliers, which will be showcased through regularly changing menus.
An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a team of 20 Chefs/BOH.
Sound financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
