We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef for a new 150+ cover restaurant, opening near Liverpool Street. This role would be a huge draw for a passionate foodie who has an interest in sustainability, innovative flavour combinations and fermentation.
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef De Partie ready for a step up, within a quality fresh food restaurant is essential.
A positive leader who will help motivate and mentor a medium sized team of Chefs, whilst promoting the company values.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role.
Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
