The Opportunity: Step into a prestigious culinary role at a historic Private Members’ Club in Pall Mall. As Junior Sous Chef, you will work across a diverse and premium food operation, developing your skills across the club’s elegant fine dining restaurant, busy brasserie, and high-profile banqueting suites.

• Salary: £38,000 per annum + approx. £3,000 in tips and staff fund (Job Ref: RC/108251).

• Hours: 48-hour contract on a 5 out of 7 rota.
