My client is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to take ownership of safety culture across the business—protecting people, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding world-class food safety standards.

Your Role:

As the HSE Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all health, safety, and environmental matters across the CPU and multiple dining sites. You’ll work closely with leadership to create a proactive safety culture that enables growth, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust HSE policies and systems across all sites
  • Support the Sector Head of QHSE on new developments and continuous improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with local/international food safety & HSE regulations
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Lead initiatives in hygiene, waste management, and environmental performance
  • Drive adherence to HACCP, ISO standards (22000, 45001), and best practices
  • Partner with operations and quality teams to elevate food safety performance

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven HSE experience in food production, FMCG, or similar high-risk sectors
  • Strong working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, and regulatory standards
  • Confident leader with the ability to influence across departments and levels
  • Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement
