About this role

Great opportunity for a creative Head Chef to join this outstanding Contract Caterer to be based at a small conference centre close to Westminster.

The Head Chef will be supported by the Sous Chef and one kitchen porter. Each conference room holds between 30-40 people with around 200 people on site per day. The food is buffet style, bowl, finger food, and sometimes a plated lunch. The occasional evening and weekend are worked but very rarely.

The working week is 40 hours and is a 5 out 7 contract but it’s basically a Monday to Friday operation. Compared to many conference centres this is a smaller less stressful operation.
