The Head Chef will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading a brigade of professional Chefs to produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly prestigious site. This is an excellent role for an ambitious Head Chef to show off and utilise skills of bold flavours, seasonal menu creation and presentation.
