We are looking for a head chef to lead and run a busy production kitchen based in South west London.
Working for a large events catering company, serving events for up to 3000 covers with multiple events per day.
The head production chef will be responsible for a team of 5 chefs plus regular agency/freelance support.
We need the head chef to be highly organised and methodical able to lead and manage a team, oversee ordering, stock control and food hygiene.
We are offering a salary package of £45-50K
Working hours are day time based (approx. 7am – 5pm) with the production kitchen open 7 days per week.
