Central Nottingham venue is currently recruiting for a Head of Hospitality to oversee all conference, banqueting and events.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Hospitality will be responsible for delivering fine dining, conferences, and events from 2,000 to 1,600 covers.
The Head of Hospitality will be responsible for the service standards and profitability of the department.
My client is looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar size venue.
