Great opportunity for a passionate and career-driven Sous Chef to move up to Head Chef with this leading casual dining restaurant group in London. Their restaurant in Fitzrovia seats 35 and is only open for breakfast and lunch. There are no nights or double shifts involved. The menu is a mixture of Australia’s melting pot and is healthy focused with seasonal ingredients.

The working week is 5 out of 7 days, 45 hours per week with all overtime paid. This independent restaurant group take great pride in the quality of the food, using only the best suppliers.

About You

The successful candidate will need to have a developed palate and understand management of stock levels, GP and leadership. A perfect role for someone to regain work/life balance but still cook quality fresh food.
