Head Chef – Private Members

About this role

The salary for this role is up to £65K, circa 45 hours per week, made up a mixture of shifts (including weekends).

About You

Previous experience as a Head Chef within a multi-outlet high-end establishment is essential, time spent working within a mix of la carte restaurants and events would be beneficial. A passion for and knowledge of working with seasonal British/European cuisine.

An inspiring leader who will develop, train and help to retain a brigade of 10-15 Chefs, working between different sections. The desire to positively promote the company values and work collaboratively with departmental leadership team.

Sound financial awareness – Food Costing, GPs, Stock Control, Rotas and Labour. Proficient training in Food Safety, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety and HACCP.
