The Role Join one of London’s premier corporate sites as a Head Chef, leading a high-volume, dynamic food service operation. We are looking for an organized and visionary culinary leader to oversee multiple diverse food concepts, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency for a high-profile clientele.
The Details
- Salary: £50,000- £54,000 per annum
- Bonus: 10–12% annual bonus potential
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 40-hour contract
- Volume: Fast-paced environment handling ~350 breakfast and ~800 lunch transactions daily
- Team: Leading a structured brigade of 13 Chefs and 8 Kitchen Porters (21 total staff)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and elevate multiple vibrant food stations, including Street Live Cooking, Asian Live Cooking, a Mediterranean (protein & healthy) station, and a premium sandwich offer.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled kitchen team of 21 staff members.
- Ensure every station is stocked with the finest ingredients and dishes are presented with consistency and excellence.
- Maintain seamless daily operations, strict food safety standards, and high efficiency during peak service times.
