We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to oversee the flagship high-volume site of a highly regarded branded restaurant.

· Package of up to £60K+

· 45 hours per week

· Prominent Central London location

The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the GP, ordering, stock control, recruitment and development of the junior Chefs. You’ll work closely with the wider management team to contribute directly to continued success and excellent reputation.

The Person

Experience as a Head Chef in high volume fresh food branded restaurants is desired.

The ability to lead a large team of Chefs and BOH team members including implementing systems of work, menu training and performance management.

Sound financial awareness – Food Costing, GPs, Stock Control, Rotas and Labour. Proficient training in Food Safety, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety and HACCP.

Availability to work 45 hours per week, a mixture of shifts. The restaurant offers a comprehensive benefits package that will be detailed during the application stages.
