Head Chef – Expanding Group

About this role

We are recruiting for a passionate Head Chef who is a passionate foodie who has an interest in sustainability, innovative flavour combinations and world cuisines with the main focus on Middle Eastern flavours.

As Head Chef, you’ll be instrumental in the overall running of the open planned service kitchen, helping to ensure the exceptional standards and building an excellent reputation within the area and beyond.

About You

Someone who has held a Head Chef role within produce driven restaurants with the ability to showcase ingredients from select suppliers, through regularly changing menus.

An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 15-20 Chefs. Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
