General Manager

My client manages this Luxury residence lounge and private dining room.  They are seeking a General Manager to oversee the 5 star hospitality and catering service.

The lounge services the residence with cocktails and wine with a small selection of snacks during the week with a livelier feel at the weekends.  Alongside the lounge my client manages a private dining room serving residence and external clients.

Responsibilities of the General Manager include budget management, team motivation, compliance with food safety and health regulations, and fostering internal and external relationships

The role involves managing teams, recruiting, training, and ensuring high-quality service for clients

My client is looking for someone with a proven management experience, a passion for customer service, and preferably a background in private clubs or events
