The Role
My client is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee the daily free issue catering and hospitality services. From daily lunches to client receptions, you’ll deliver premium service with precision and style.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a small catering team to deliver five-star service.
- Oversee all food and beverage operations — from staff dining to corporate events.
- Plan menus, manage budgets, and maintain top-quality supplier relationships.
- Champion sustainability and exceptional presentation across every service.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & hygiene standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in service, quality, and guest experience.
