About this role
A busy, high-performing restaurant in the heart of London is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the team and take the business to the next level.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive both sales and culture. You’ll have the autonomy to run the venue as if it were your own, backed by a strong senior leadership and head office team across finance, people, and marketing.

You’re a confident, people-focused leader who loves being on the floor and setting the tone for great service. You know how to balance energy and professionalism, and you take pride in building teams that genuinely enjoy coming to work.
