General Manager – Lakeside Essex 

Salary: £50,000

We are now recruiting a General Manager for a large entertainment venue in Lakeside, Essex. The company were growing pre-covid and are now back to their original plans for world domination! With a new site opening next month and 3 other venues in London, this is a great opportunity to join a business that are expanding in the UK and overseas.

The General Manager is accountable for the strategic and operational development of their business. Under the guidance of the Operations Director the General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operation including but not limited to:

  • Revenue
  • Service standards
  • F&B strategies
  • Recruitment and trainingCore Non-Negotiable Skills and Experience:
    • Have passion & experience of delivering exceptional standards and guest experiences
    • Have at least 2 years’ experience at General Manager level in a similar environment
    • Exceptional organisational skills
    • Experience within a high volume, similarly complex operation and the ability to deliver real results and solve problems
    • Ability to interpret financial data and deliver results to an agreed budget
