Our client based in Central London are looking for a professional Kitchen Manager to join this fastest-growing food start-up, working out of a delivery kitchen. This is truly an extraordinary opportunity to develop within a dynamic company looking to expand and to build the world’s largest restaurant group.
The role of the kitchen manager is to be responsible for all kitchen duties, delivering and exceeding on operational performance, cost control and quality of service. You will be expected to comply with all health & safety practices and to be accountable for all areas of the kitchen. The delivery kitchen does around 300 orders per week at £6k margin.
This is a 7 day a week operation so the successful candidate would be expected to work 5 out 7 days including weekends. The salary for this position is between £33k-£35k dependent on qualifications and experience. A quarterly bonus scheme is also available which is based on hitting key performance indicators.
A minimum experience of two years as a Kitchen Manager is essential and any qualifications in Food and Beverage would be advantageous. You will need to be a leader, problem solver and trainer all at once.
