Executive Sous Chef, Southfields, South West London (SW18)

Up to £40,000 per annum paid overtime outside of standard working hour

Our client is one of London’s leading, and most established Event Catering companies, with an extensive and diverse portfolio of clients. They are currently looking to recruit an Executive Sous Chef to join their senior culinary management team.

The role is based at the company headquarters in South West London, but will also involve working at a range of venues across the capital and home counties when running events.

The Executive Sous Chef will report directly to the company Executive Head Chef, working very closely together to run and manage the production kitchen and lead the team on events.

Our client is looking to appoint an ambitious, creative and experienced Executive Sous Chef, with a stable and progressive background to their current role of Executive Sous Chef, gained in the luxury events sector.

Our client offers a fantastic working environment and team culture. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. All evening and weekend events are paid as overtime! Expected salary package of around £50k plus discretionary bonus, pension, training allowance, and cycle to work scheme.
