About this role

Managing the catering and events at some of London’s most iconic galleries and museums, my client is looking to recruit an Event Manager for one of their sites.

The Event Manager will be ultimate responsibility for planning and operational delivery of all events at this venue which houses multiple media and advertising companies.

About You

The Events Manager responsibilities will include:

Working with a team of event planners, operations managers and kitchen teams actively taking the lead and accountability for the successful delivery of events.
Responsible for Events design and strategic planning
Facilitate events of between 10 to 300 guests from initial enquiry through to execution; attended site visits, conduct client and venue meetings, supplier briefings, tastings and operationally delivery
Manage event operational cost in line with budget

The ideal candidate will come from a similar company managing their event business from start to finish with the ability to create a truly memorable occasion.
