The Role

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily staff dining, premium cafes, executive fine dining, and large-scale corporate events.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a large front-of-house team, fostering a culture of hospitality excellence.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage costs, labor budgets, and stock control to consistently maximize profit margins.
  • Standards & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, food hygiene, and internal audit procedures.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous Experience: Proven track record as a DGM or high-level Assistant GM within premium London contract catering.
  • High-Volume Expertise: Comfortable managing multi-site or multi-outlet environments serving 1,000+ covers daily.
  • Commercial Polish: Strong financial acumen with experience managing a full profit and loss (P&L) account.
  • Exceptional Standards: Obsessive attention to detail, from food presentation to premium customer service.
  • People Developer: An engaging leader who builds loyalty and develops internal talent.
