Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
• Be part of a team on a busy reception area, ensuring it remains organised and presentable at all times.
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
• Coordinate meeting rooms.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Support the wider office with administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and confidentiality.

• Previous experience of working in a similar reception role, where you have gained excellent interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality face-to-face contact with clients and visitors
