About this role

My client is a city-based contract catering company who are recruiting for a Catering Manager to join them at one of the top financial firms in supporting the catering departments.

My client manages the multi outlet food hall, 3 Deli bars and a coffee shop in this HQ in London’s Docklands.

The Catering Manager will be focused on supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations but will also take responsibility for all staff dining, retail, and coffee shop catering for the 1500 employees daily.

Working closely with the Head Chef, the Catering Manager will be focused on consistently challenging the daily food offer looking at innovative and constantly changing the food offer.

The Catering Manager will be responsible for the social media and marketing of the food hall and coffee shops regularly hosting theme days.

My client is looking for someone who has similar management experience in a busy corporate or catering retail environment.
