About this role
As a Butler in a prestigious 5-star hotel and residence located in the Cayman Islands, you will observe owners/guest’s personal preferences and habits and to anticipate their needs using the utmost discretion. Be the link between the guest and the residency; oversee the guest needs during their stay and help the owners/guest with reservations, special requests, pre and post arrival, bag packing and unpacking, laundry, etc. Be responsible for gathering preferences and information so the owner and their guest recognition is ensured; keep a critical eye on room cleanliness and pantries and have a thorough knowledge on the functioning of room features, residency facilities and equipment. Maintain 5* high standards of service and hospitality at all times.
About You
- Expert in Luxury Hospitality: You have a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
- Discreet and Attentive: You excel at observing and anticipating guest needs while providing discreet, personalized service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Detail-Oriented: You are meticulous in your approach, ensuring that every detail is perfect, from room presentation to the handling of special requests.
- Professional and Polished: You maintain the highest standards of appearance, communication, and conduct, reflecting the prestige of our establishment.
- Experienced: You have previous experience as a butler or in a similar high-level service role, with strong multitasking abilities and a composed demeanour.
- Flexible and Adaptable: You are able to adjust to the varying needs of different guests and situations, providing customized solutions with ease.
- Knowledgeable: You possess thorough knowledge of room features, residency facilities, and equipment, ensuring everything is in perfect order for our guests.
