General Manager – Livery Hall, Up to £35k plus benefits, City , Contract Catering & Industrial Management

Chef de Partie - London - Mon - Fri - £21.5k+o/t, Chefs Division - Contract Catering & Themed Restaurants
Chef de Partie required for this multi site consisting of a small staff dining facility, private dining and rooms for conference and banqueting. The restaurant seats over 100 covers and provides a soup offer, hot mains, salad bar and desserts. Private dining can be anything up to 50 covers plated sit down, finger/fork buffets up to 250 and functions up to 150 covers on the 3rd floor. Chef de Partie - Corporate Dining - London - £21-23k, Commercial Chefs Division (Hotels & Restaurants)
Chef de Partie is important part of this brigade and will need all round fine dining knowledge. We are looking for a chef who can work under pressure and can adapt to a corporate dining kitchen. Based in the city of London this prestigious directors dining floor is situated within a new modern build in a fantastic location. There is a team of 7 chefs in the kitchen, all producing a high standard of private lunches and dinners, top end buffets, working lunches and executive lunch offers. There are a total of 71 meeting rooms across the building with seminar rooms, 4 private dining areas and a 26 capacity boardroom. Background in top end Private Dining contract, a minimum of three rosette restaurant background or even 5 star hotel background. Must have stability throughout career. Personality is very important as there will be lots of client interfacing. Hours start at 7am and at least two nights a week finish 7-9pm. Overtime will be paid.
