Experienced Chef Recruitment Consultant – Culinary appointments (GK/REC)

We are therefore looking to recruit an experienced Chef Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years current experience placing all levels of Chefs, primarily in the luxury hotel and award winning restaurant sector, within the London and home counties areas. Your recruitment experience will be coupled with a stable and progressive background gained as a Chef within the commercial London marketplace.

Potential candidates must be able to demonstrate high standards of client and candidate care and have a real passion for the hospitality recruitment industry

A brigade of 18 Chefs with 5 Chefs on duty per service, working 6 Shifts per week over 5 days. Menu specifications will follow an 15 starters, 20 mains and 10 desserts, with an adaption of classic dishes presented with elegance. They aim to cook for 250 covers per day in this amazing new kitchen. A senior chef is required to run the production within one of London’s most recognised venues. The venue is a multi-million pound catering business comprising event space, VIP areas, private dining, 3 restaurants, café and other food & beverage outlets. As a production head chef you will run a team of chefs to be able to produce a range of foods for within the kitchens in the building including sandwiches, salads, breads, hot foods and occasional items for canapés and other functions.
